Sun dried tomatoes start from select fresh, whole, ripe tomatoes. The product is washed, cut to clients request, salted (optional) and dried under controlled conditions.

Dried tomatoes may be presented in: whole, halves, strips, double diced, triple diced, finely diced or ultra finely diced.
